sow great seeds

let’s sow great seeds( love, kindness, words of affirmation. etc,) into our families, friends, and those we come in contact with. and see what greatness it produces. Tell someone they are beautiful, you love them, you are proud of them. they will make it, etc. speak life into them not death. be positive. great harvest is to come. plant your seeds. Let the Holy Spirit guide your tongue when you want to tell a friend what they are doing wrong when they ask your advice. Be positive about it. Don't put someone down for making mistakes we all make them. Encourage one another daily especially when they are down. Be respectful and loyal. Let the words the we speak bear fruit into the lives of others as well as our own lives.

Grace

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."<<<<-(Jesus) ->>Peter -Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. NIV Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, John 1: 17. Through the grace of Christ, we shall be saved, Acts 15: 11 (Rom. 3: 23-24; D&C 138: 14). We have access by faith to his grace, Rom. 5: 2. By grace ye are saved through faith, Eph. 2: 8. The grace of God brings salvation, Titus 2: 11. Come boldly unto the throne of grace, Heb. 4: 16. God gives grace to the humble, 1 Pet. 5: 5. No one can dwell in the presence of God but through the merits, mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah, 2 Ne. 2: 8. It is only in and through the grace of God that men are saved, 2 Ne. 10: 24. We are saved by grace, after all we can do, 2 Ne. 25: 23. It is by grace that we have power to do these things, Jacob 4: 7. Men might be restored unto grace for grace, according to their works, Hew. 12: 24. My grace is sufficient for the meek and all that humble themselves, Esther 12: 26-27. Moroni prayed that the Gentiles be given grace that they might have charity, Ether 12: 36, 41. By the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, Moro. 10: 32-33. Jesus received grace for grace,. Thank you God for your grace through Jesus Christ that saves us, strengthens us, that covers sins and helps us make through life's mountain, tests, trials and pain.

Let go of worries and concerns. God has you covered

Read Matthew 6:25-34. GOD knows all yours need for the day. Don't worry or be anxious about tomorrow. Seek God for today's plan. Be blessed We all should have child like faith in God our creator and father. Trusting him whole heartily knowing he is taking care of all our needs according to his glory and riches in Jesus Christ (Philippians 4:19). Children trust their parents to provide a safe home, clothes, food, health care, and all their needs without worrying. they expect their parents/guardians to catch them when they fall. God will do the same for us if we let him. We have to start telling the devil that he is a liar and that he does not control us. We must take pride in a good way in being children of the most high God. Jesus is on our team defending us, rejoice and give praise. Walk with your head high because Everything is working out for you good. (Romans 8:28). Jesus is our joy, peace, strength, strong tower, fortress, solid rock, healer, deliverer, friend, power and authority, love, happiness, grace, savior, master, he is all we need and more.( The name of the Lord is a strong tower;the righteous run to it and are safe. The rich man's wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own esteem. Proverbs 18:10,11 ) Don't be impressed by satan's temptation to worry or worldly things. Glorify God, expect his best and let him prosper you not the world. Speak prosperity into your life. Have confidence in God's word, power and in Jesus. Do no let your circumstance set your mood, your tone, your day but God's will, plan, power and spirit. Be blessed, prosperous, strong, wise and highly favored. Trust you father he knows best and he created you.

Keep the faith and be strong. God is on your side

“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." (Joshua 1:9) Keep the faith. I know what happened to Haiti may have your heart heavy and wondering God's reason for such things happening. Let us remember his thoughts and ways are higher than ours; that his has our best interest at heart. Take this opportunity to get closer to him and spread the word of his good and be on a mission to save souls and change lives. Count your blessings. Remember we store up blessing and treasures in heaven not just on earth. Pray, love, give, forgive, be obdient, read God's word, witness as often as you can

God is kind

Isaiah 30:18 The Lord is waiting to show how kind he is and to have pity on you. The Lord always does right;he blesses those who trust him. God is waiting for you to come to him so he can bless you. Trust him and seek him daily. He is kind. God does not hate You; he hates the sin in you. Know God's love and mercy is everlasting. Rejoice in the Lord. God can and will bless you beyond measures if you let go and let him have his way. His desire is to cleanse, bless and favor you beyond measures. We live in this world but are not of it. Don't believe the hype that to succeed you have to conform to the world's ways or compromise who you are in Christ and/or you character and/or your integrity. You are to separate ourselves from the world and lead by example. Do all that God has put in your heart to do no matter what others say or want. You were made to do more than just live; you were made to live abundantly, prosperous beyond your expectations. Expect the impossible; you are a child of the most high God who has the ability to do the impossible. Jesus is a miracle worker. Praise him in spite of your trial. Life comes with tests and trials but God gives you the strength to pass them, and he gives you peace, joy, in the midst of the storm. Key word is "through" when you go through something there is an end to it. you never stay in that place unless you give up; if you keep believing and moving forward you will come out on top. There are blessings on the other side of "through". God's love is unconditional so no matter how much you stumble you can always ask him for forgiveness; be forgiven and have a new start. Jesus and the Holy Spirit will help you turn away from sin. Trust God no matter what and know the He loves you no matter What. God will prosper you. keep growing in his word, praising him, seeking his wisdom, changing for the better, telling others of his goodness, and using all your gifts and talents and going after your dreams in his name.

1/3/09 ( short poem)

1/3/09

This morning as I awake,
To him I give praise.
While I slept he kept me safe.
His path is the path I take.
His love keeps me in a daze.
We spend quality time every day.
Without him I’m stuck in a maze.
I want to love Jesus in every possible way.

Lady Virtue

True Love at first sight or Infatuation?

Someone asked if I believed in love at first sight and if I thought she should peruse a guy she wants to get to know and hopefully date? Let me know what you think here’s the story.
One day she was on a website and it was not a dating site and she saw a few friend requests. Normally she doesn’t accept people she doesn’t already know. Something about this guy stuck out. Beautiful brown eyes, a smile that makes any woman blush, an aura that spoke to her. At this point I’m thinking she’s really tripping. Anyway she checks out his page. She is drawn to his angelic eyes and words of wisdom. He seems be very spiritual. She says she loves the fact he has so much respect for God and woman. He’s into music just as much as her. They share common interests. He’s an entrepreneur/aspiring entertainer and she aspires to be one herself. Her face lights up as she talks about this familiar stranger lol. They have never met in person only exchanged messages online. For all she knows he’s in a relationship. The more they message the more she likes him. He’s very attractive but she sees more than that in him. She tells me of how she prays for him more than herself. She says its crazy how she hears him telling her that she’s the one he wants to spend his life with while she’s praying. Whoa! She begins to tell me how no guy has ever made her feel this way. I tell her to pray and seek God. The next time she talks to me about this “ love at first sight” she states that the more she prays the more she wants to be his lady, the more she wants to tell him how she feels and ask if they can go out. She’s scared to ask if he’s taken. His messages are sincere and encouraging. He has all the qualities she wants in a mate so it seems. According to her he makes her heart flutter and she feels something every time she reads one of his messages. She swears he has so much knowledge of God and love and that he’s the man of her dreams. He is the first guy she was attracted to spiritually before she noticed his outer beauty. He seems to be romantic and passionate the type of lover she desires. She has become more attracted to his spirituality. He gives back to others and has a beautiful heart. He talks about his family and is protective of them. For over a month she saw changes in how acted and talked. He became more spiritual and positive. Thoughts of making love with him run through her mind. She better watch out cause dude got her lusting and she don’t him from a serial killer. According to her she sees that he has the foundation to be a great husband the way God intended, a man of God, and to be a Preacher/Teacher of God’s word. I am trying to be fair and not be bias just because I’ve had bad experiences with guys online. Maybe it could be real God does work in mysterious ways. I’ve only felt that way about a boy I dated but it was revealed that he was not my soul mate so I had to let him go. I mean I know people have found their soul mate online. Honestly I don’t want her to end up broken hearted; I don’t want to give her false hope. Nor do I want to keep her from true love. I think she should live her life and if it was meant to be then he’ll approach her. From my experience men with this type of aura, swagger, and understanding of God and love usually are already taken go figure. Wow I’ve never heard her speak this way of a man. This it some of the things I want to say about my soul mate. This is scary; she doesn’t really know him, what if he has kids and a wife or something? I say girl pray, do your research and let him come to you. If he is the one thing will work out. So in your opinion is this possible true love at first sight or deep infatuation or just love at first sight?

Morals: what ever happened to?

Morals: what ever happened to? These are things that I wonder about how the world is changing. Whatever happened to the moral: Abstinence till marriage being taught to our children?
Whatever happened to wanting to be in love with someone special? Now people "kick it with everyone"
What happened to wanting to a wife or a husband? Now it's “I wanna be Jon's baby mama "or "Sheila's baby daddy" or" I wanna be his/her shawty/cut friend..."
What happened to "excuse miss, excuse me beautiful, hi my name is... how you are doing? I mostly hear" yo ma give me some p...y or what's up with dat cookie' let me hit that, u got a fat... yo shawty give me a kiss. Let me f... on the flip side what happened to "my name is... and I think you are a very handsome young man and I would like to get to know you" now it's yo daddy give me some d..." "U wanna c my...? Seriously what happened to relationships and liking people for their personalities and spirituality and not their sexuality? What happened to taking someone on a date at church? Things have changed. I'm only 26 and I remember growing up and not hearing these comments so much. I remember girls being sexy without showing all their goodies. I remember being approached by a guy respectfully. I know not everyone is spiritual or respects their bodies the way I respect mine. I know some people like being approached sexually and /or aggressively but not all of us do. I am a spiritual young lady who values her body and virginity. So I want a guy to approach me like a lady. Call me old fashioned if you want. I'm proud of my choice and my relationship with God. I'm not the average young woman, I'm uniquely who God designed me to be. Maybe people who think like me are becoming extinct lol. Guess I'm last of the Mohicans when it comes to this issue too lol. I am who I am. Love me or leave me alone. “It’s the God in me."
One God One Love
